Qualifications:

  • 4+ years driving exceptional growth and performance in fast-paced environments
  • Deep expertise across performance marketing, CRM, automation, and conversion rate optimization
  • Fluent with standard marketing technology and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Webflow, Segment, SendGrid, Optimove, etc), but always eager to integrate new AI-driven solutions to scale yourself and the team.
  • Highly analytical and is comfortable querying data directly and using visualization tools like Looker or Tableau, not only to explain outcomes but to actively shape future strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to fluently navigate and align with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, while distilling complex insights into clear and actionable plans.
  • Thrives under pressure, capable of juggling multiple projects, and rapidly iterating to deliver impactful results.
