Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth/marketing with pharma or healthcare exposure.
• Proven ability to drive provider engagements and partnerships.
• Strong data-driven approach and proven outcomes through campaigns.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading creative teams and coordinating with sales/BD.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel growth marketing plans for pharma launches.
• Drive activation and engagement with providers, brands, and pharma partners.
• Manage relationships with Brand teams and internal stakeholders.
• Scale playbooks and assets for new launch brands and campaigns.
• Create content to educate providers, field teams, and partners.
• Lead data-driven experimentation, measure impact, and iterate.
• Support lead generation for the business development team.
