Job summary

BlinkRx, a Blink Health product, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption of pharma services among Health Care Providers. You will collaborate with Growth & Revenue, field teams, and pharmaceutical partners to launch new pharma partnerships and drive prescription growth with co-branded campaigns.

You will design data-driven marketing tactics, manage Brand team relationships, and scale GTM playbooks for launch brands, educating providers and partners about BlinkRx’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in pharma or healthcare marketing.
• Results-driven with growth marketing success, ideally activating providers and partnering with pharma manufacturers
• Growth-oriented with ability to support business development and provider services teams
• Clear communicator able to convey complex value propositions to experts and non-experts
• Data-minded with experience using data to measure campaigns and promote product adoption
• Creative leadership managing internal and external creative teams
• Collaborative across marketing, sales, product, and operations
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic plans for new pharma launches with multi-channel CRM campaigns to activate providers.
• Design, optimize, and measure data-driven tactics to drive provider engagement and prescription growth.
• Manage relationships with Brand teams and advise on integrating BlinkRx into marketing capabilities.
• Refine and scale our go-to-market playbooks for launch brands.
• Create content to educate providers, field teams, and pharma partners on BlinkRx value.
• Develop scalable strategies to support client success and maintain pharma relationships.
• Develop, test, and iterate on B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads.
