Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Manager who will grow our pharma business as part of the Growth & Revenue team. You will participate in Growth Strategy & Operations and collaborate with Product and Operations to scale client acquisition and improve profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cross‑functional consulting, tech strategy, or startup roles in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cross-functional projects in consulting, tech strategy, or startup environments.
• Background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy within healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills and high execution standards.
• MBA or strategic consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Operations to drive core offerings forward.
• Develop growth initiatives to increase awareness and loyalty.
• Have P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel.
• Drive revenue by supporting end-to-end client acquisition.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on high-visibility initiatives.
