Blink Health, a leading healthcare tech company, seeks a Manager for BlinkRx Growth & Strategy to scale pharma business within Growth & Revenue. You will own cross-functional initiatives with Product, Operations, and analytics to drive client acquisition, retention, and scalable processes across multiple pharma accounts.

The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to manage competing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience working on cross-functional projects in a consulting environment, tech company in strategy & operations or a startup environment.
Background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy within healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and high execution bar across multiple initiatives.
Able to distill complex concepts into simple explanations and manage multiple projects cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Drive core offerings forward in collaboration with Product and Operations.
Develop initiatives to improve product innovation and operational effectiveness.
Maintain P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel.
Support Growth team end-to-end in client acquisition and loyalty initiatives.
Design growth initiatives to raise awareness and drive loyalty.
Partner with analytics to deliver reports and improve data visibility.
Collaborate with senior leaders across functions on high-visibility initiatives.
