You will own critical external partnerships, drive complex initiatives, and translate ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams with strong ownership. Experience in consulting or high-growth settings is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong structured problem‑solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level communication.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• High ownership mindset — you don’t wait for clarity; you create it.
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, revenue, finance, legal, and patient services.
• Convert ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams.
• Ensure network considerations are embedded in product design and growth planning.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives from hypothesis through implementation.
• Manage strategic partnerships and elevate relationships from transactional to strategic.
