Blink Health is hiring a Manager for BlinkRx Growth & Strategy in Boston. You will lead growth initiatives and collaborate with Product, Operations, and analytics to scale pharma access and revenue.

The role sits in the Growth & Revenue function focusing on new client acquisition and expanding existing pharma partnerships. You will own cross-functional programs, design scalable processes, and work with senior leaders to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience on cross-functional projects in a consulting environment, tech company in strategy & operations or startup environment.
• Background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy within healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• You hold yourself to a high bar with strong execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing projects cross-functionally and deliver on timelines.

• Collaborate with Product and Operations to advance core offerings.
• Develop initiatives to drive product innovation and operational effectiveness.
• Own P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel.
• Drive revenue by supporting Growth through end-to-end client acquisition cycles.
• Design and implement growth initiatives to raise awareness and loyalty.
• Partner with analytics to design and share reports for visibility across the company.
• Coordinate with senior leaders on high-visibility initiatives.
