Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments. You will write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with editors to shape creative direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for ads and VSLs.
• Strong tracking setup, pixels, and marketing automation experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts, leading strategy conversations and performance reviews.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative.
• Create clear performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide direction for copy and creative assets.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
