Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own a client portfolio, lead strategy conversations, and manage Meta campaigns end-to-end. You will craft direct-response copy, test creative ideas, and analyze funnel performance for high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and influence retention, renewals, and referrals by delivering measurable results and clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations and multi-account management.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience with tracking pixels and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly strategy calls.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead gen and appointments.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services.
• Set up tracking, calendars, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
