Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will craft direct-response copy, VSL scripts, and testing plans while guiding client conversations and maintaining strong relationships. In this hands-on leadership role you will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, optimize bids and budgets, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Monitor and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
