Fora is seeking a data-driven Growth/Acquisition leader to shape and own channel strategies, run experiments, and collaborate with Data, Creative, Product, and Site & Conversion teams. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate research, automation, and decision-making, with a focus on advisor acquisition and scalable growth across the U.S.

You will partner with leadership to launch tests, analyze results, and decide what to scale, fix, or kill, while mentoring others and helping grow the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience acquiring supply-side participants in a two-sided marketplace.
• Experience with offline or non-traditional channels (podcast, OOH, affiliate, creator, partnerships).
• Experience bringing work in-house from agencies.
• Experience at a high-growth startup through rapid scale.

Responsabilités

• Shape the strategy, then own your part of it. Bring a strong point of view to acquisition strategy and own the channel roadmaps.
• Launch campaigns hands-on and take channels from first test to sustained investment.
• Run the experimentation engine with hypotheses, metrics, and clear go/no-go criteria.
• Prove incrementality with holdouts, geo tests, and matched-market tests.
• Iterate on creative, offers, and landing pages with Creative and Site & Conversion teams.
• Run the operating cadence with daily pacing, weekly scorecards, and monthly reviews.
• Build with AI to automate reporting, research, and analysis.
• Raise the bar by defining testing best practices and mentoring others.
