Job summary

Garner Health in New York City is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive member sign-up and engagement. You will own experimentation across channels, launch new tactics, and build a personalized engagement engine based on member profiles and behavior.

You will design end-to-end growth experiments, optimize campaigns via Iterable, and create scalable workflows and AI tools to automate messaging and reporting. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing health tech company.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2C marketing experience in high-growth tech or health tech.
• Proven track record with experimentation and high-volume A/B testing.
• Strong proficiency in marketing automation (Iterable).
• Experience building 1:1 personalized member journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own KPIs related to sign-up rate and engagement across our book of business.
• Run high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications.
• Launch new marketing channels and tactics end-to-end with ROI focus.
• Build segmentation and personalized journeys in Iterable.
• Automate workflows, build AI tools, and dashboard campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Management, Engineering, Revenue Ops and Data.
