Garner Health is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team in New York City. You will shape how Garner drives adoption at our largest clients by developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, and direct mail, to boost member sign-ups and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in B2C marketing, member engagement, or growth roles.
• Experience with cross-channel campaigns and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute custom client marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, direct mail) to drive client retention and member engagement.
• Utilize marketing automation tools (Iterable) to build, test, and optimize campaigns for delivery and engagement.
• Manage marketing asset library and work with designers to update templates for product launches and client customizations.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and data to generate insights and optimization recommendations.
• Own operational processes (e.g., coordinating with print & swag vendors).
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Data & Reporting on new launches and performance improvements.
• Build scalable processes and AI tools to automate workflows and improve engagement effectiveness.
