Job summary

Garner is seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Analytics Manager for the Growth Marketing team in New York City. The role embeds within Growth Marketing to operationalize and measure member activation and engagement across channels.

You will own audience targeting, segmentation, and the BI layer powering campaigns, funnels, and lifecycle insights, partnering with Engineering to scale data pipelines and ensure trustworthy metrics.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in marketing & growth analytics, BI, or similar data-centric role.
• Growth & marketing analytics, B2C/B2B2C, and product-led growth expertise preferred.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
• Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, SFMC, Klaviyo) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own audience targeting and segmentation for email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
• Define, build, and maintain KPIs, metrics, and dashboards (funnel & lifecycle).
• Bridge marketing activity to user behavior in Garner app to optimize communications.
• Design and execute Growth Marketing's A/B testing program and reporting.
• Build data foundations with Data Management and Engineering to ensure trustworthy data.
• Design system-level data solutions and leverage AI to maximize scale.
