Job summary

ReversingLabs is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation and audience engagement from a remote base in the USA. You will own paid media, nurture programs, landing page optimization, and analytics to accelerate pipeline and product-led growth.

You will partner with Content, Product Marketing, Design, and Operations to scale campaigns, experiment with AI-driven workflows, and ensure precise tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience deploying email campaigns and editing landing pages in a CMS.
• Strong analytic skills with GA4, campaign tracking and reporting.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager in support of demand generation and ABM.
• Build, deploy, and optimize multichannel email campaigns, newsletters, events invites, lead nurture, and lifecycle workflows.
• Create and update campaign landing pages in our CMS; run CRO experiments on headlines, forms, and layouts; ensure mobile responsiveness and tracking.
• Apply SEO fundamentals to campaigns, landing pages, and content; contribute to GEO development for search visibility.
• Track and report performance across paid media, email, web, and demand programs; maintain dashboards and attribution.
• Use generative AI, AI agents, and no-code automation to speed up research, copy, and QA; document workflows.
