Replicant, a leading AI customer experience platform, seeks a Senior Digital & Growth Marketing Manager to drive high-intent traffic, precision tracking, and a data‑driven growth engine. You’ll own end‑to‑end website growth, scale AI‑driven content, and ensure reliable funnel analytics across Unifiy, HubSpot, and Salesforce integrations.

We value hands‑on ICs with 6+ years in SaaS growth, Webflow mastery, GA4 setup, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialized growth marketing, web management, or CRO experience in SaaS/B2B technology.
• Hands‑on expert in Webflow, GA4 setup, custom events, and conversion tracking frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI tools into growth workflows for scaling landing pages and personalization.
• Proven ability to manage UTMs, forms, cookie management, and cross‑platform integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to run continuous A/B tests and landing page experiments.
• Direct accountability for pipeline metrics, traffic quality, and lead delivery.
• Ability to partner across Demand Gen, Advertising, Product, and RevOps to tie web traffic to sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive High-Intent Web Traffic & Quality: Own website growth end-to-end focusing on traffic, ICP alignment, and funnel conversion efficiency.
• Scale Content & Personalization with AI: Build 1:1 personalized landing pages and programmatic SEO assets at scale.
• Technical Site Operations & Attribution Setup: Ensure GA4 event firing, UTM tracking, cookie management, and integrations.
• Continuous CRO & Pragmatic A/B Testing: Lead ABT culture with efficient testing workflows and dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Growth Engine: Align campaign traffic with web experiences across teams.
• SEO, AEO & LLM Strategy: Optimize structure, content, and schema for SEO, AEO, GEO.
• Interactive Web Tools & Funnel Assets: Design ROI calculators and high-converting trial/demo flows.
