Pult GmbH is seeking a senior marketing / growth manager to own the full funnel end-to-end. You will drive demand generation, brand storytelling and international expansion from a remote-first base.

You will plan and execute paid campaigns, own the website and conversion funnel, grow SEO and content, run webinars, and align with Sales to build a scalable pipeline. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing and comfort with AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up.
• Experience across paid, online and offline channels.
• Excellent English writing; German a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels; own budget and ROI.
• Own the website and conversion funnel with our web agency; optimize messaging and pages.
• Build the organic engine: SEO and content that IT and People leaders read.
• Run webinar programs to create a reliable pipeline.
• Sharpen the company story and ensure consistent touchpoints across channels.
• Lead events and account-based campaigns with Sales to fuel growth.
• Define the marketing roadmap and report results to leadership.
