Job summary

Gap International seeks a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Demand Generation to translate its distinctive point of view into measurable market impact from its Philadelphia base. You will lead strategy and execution of integrated demand generation, partnering with Sales to grow pipeline and revenue while aligning growth priorities with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes building scalable marketing operations, establishing dashboards, and advising senior leadership on GTM performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or related B2B roles.
• Proven success building and scaling integrated marketing programs generating measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and full-funnel demand generation.
• Experience with multi-channel strategies across digital, content, events, email, ABM, nurture, thought leadership, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and senior leaders to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen using data, customer insights, and market intelligence.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot; LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, 6sense, Demandbase).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies translating objectives into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Own Marketing’s contribution to pipeline, partnering with Sales to align growth priorities and optimize lead flow.
• Establish measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to connect marketing activity to outcomes.
• Build scalable marketing operations with processes, data quality, and technology effectiveness.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership, informing growth strategy and GTM performance.
• Execute integrated campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) to maximize reach and ROI.
