Job summary

EverAI Limited is a fully remote AI growth company aiming to scale its user base from 50M to 100M and beyond. You’ll own paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance with fast testing loops.

Join a high-velocity, remote team to build scalable acquisition systems, dashboards, and SOPs that drive exponential growth while collaborating closely with the CMO.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage $300k to $1M+ per month in paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decision-making through CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort analysis.
• Create SOPs and playbooks to scale campaigns efficiently.
