Job summary

Alarm.com seeks a Senior Digital Marketer to build and accelerate demand for Alarm.com’s Venture Business Units. You’ll own programs to attract, engage, and convert prospects using creative brand building and data-driven lead generation.

You’ll partner with leadership, sales, and product teams to design and execute multi-channel programs that build pipeline and scale efficiently. This startup-style role requires hands-on experimentation and a curious, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital/growth marketing managing live campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on fluency across paid search, paid social, email and ABM.
• Proven track record of multi-channel B2B campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights and reports.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud or Pardot).
• Excellent communication to align marketing with sales.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, search, social, and display.
• Lead Generation: Create content and offers to generate qualified leads.
• Automation & Workflows: Implement and refine marketing automation and nurturing workflows.
• AI Enablement: Build AI-enabled workflows for production, targeting, reporting, and optimization.
• SEO/GEO/AEO Optimization: Improve organic search visibility and keyword strategy.
• Sales Collaboration: Ensure seamless marketing-to-sales lead handoff and tracking.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report marketing performance metrics for improvement.
• Innovation: Test new digital tactics to reach untapped audiences.
