Job summary

Alarm.com seeks a Senior Digital Marketer to build and accelerate demand for its Venture Business Units, blending creative brand work with data-driven lead gen. You’ll design multi-channel programs, collaborate with sales and product, and own campaigns from ideation to optimization in a startup-like environment.

You’ll lead automation, AI-enabled workflows, and SEO/AI visibility efforts, while ensuring rigorous measurement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital/growth marketing; not just planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on fluency in paid search, paid social, email, and ABM.
• Proven multi-channel B2B SaaS campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytics to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, search, social, display).
• Create web content, email copy, and offers to generate leads.
• Implement and refine marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
• Build AI-enabled workflows for production, targeting, reporting, and optimization.
• Contribute to SEO/geo/AI visibility and keyword strategy.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure lead handoff is tracked.
• Track and report marketing performance and drive improvements.
• Identify and test new digital demand tactics to reach untapped audiences.
