Job summary

Crunchtime is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to transform how we attract, engage, and convert prospects for a B2B SaaS marketplace serving multi-unit operators. You will lead Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Digital Marketing, partnering with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Product Marketing to modernize our GTM engine.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership of demand generation and marketing operations.
• 5+ years experience managing multi-functional teams across demand generation, marketing operations, and digital marketing.
• Deep expertise with modern marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing AI technologies within marketing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, digital and ABM.
• Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
• Establish measurement frameworks focused on pipeline creation, CAC, ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
• Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead management, routing, scoring, and pipeline progression.
