Job summary

Alarm.com is seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to drive demand generation for its Venture Business Units in a startup-style environment. You will own multi-channel programs, accelerate pipeline, and partner with sales and product teams to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing and a track record of ABM, paid search, paid social, and marketing automation success.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on digital/growth marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on fluency across paid search, paid social, email and ABM with budgets and testing.
Proven track record of multi-channel B2B campaigns driving measurable results.
Strong analytics to translate data into insights and reports.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, search, social, and display.
Create content and offers to generate qualified leads.
Implement and refine marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
Build AI-enabled workflows for production, targeting, reporting, and optimization.
Contribute to SEO/geo/AI visibility and keyword strategy.
Collaborate with sales for seamless lead handoff.
Track marketing performance and drive continuous improvement.
Identify and test new digital demand-gen tactics.
