Job summary

HIKE2 is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to drive our next generation of marketing and growth engine from Pittsburgh, Denver, or Columbus. You’ll own integrated campaigns, ABM strategies, and content that accelerates demand and pipeline.

You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Delivery, applying AI, automation, and personalization to scale programs while ensuring measurable outcomes and strong alignment with HIKE2’s growth priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, enterprise tech, SaaS, or similar.
• Strong experience building growth and demand-gen campaigns.
• Deep understanding of ABM, buyer journeys, content strategy, digital marketing, and pipeline.
• Proven ability to translate marketing engagement into opportunities and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated growth campaigns aligned to HIKE2’s priorities and accounts.
• Translate business priorities into audience segments, messages, offers and content.
• Collaborate with Sales to convert engagement into opportunities and revenue.
• Leverage AI, automation, and personalization to scale marketing initiatives.
