Job summary

Scale Army seeks a senior growth marketer to own paid acquisition and growth strategy for US-based clients, with remote work across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. You will own the full funnel, optimize offers and landing pages, and guide budget with a data-first, AI-enabled approach.

You will lead Campaigns across Meta and other channels, build dashboards, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing Ops to drive qualified pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, hands-on experience running paid acquisition.
• Deep Meta + LinkedIn Ads expertise and a history of managing large budgets.
• Experience owning growth outcomes beyond the ad platform, including offers and landing pages.
• Track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC, meetings, and pipeline.
• Strong command of funnel math: CAC, conversion rates, and forecasting spend.
• Strong HubSpot skills, including attribution and lifecycle stages.
• Advanced AI fluency with actionable tools and dashboards.
• Ownership mindset; proactive testing and fast decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and full funnel from spend to pipeline.
• Define offers, lead magnets, and landing pages; test funnel paths.
• Allocate budget and measure ROI with data-driven decisions.
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
• Provide creative direction with in-house team and CRO input.
• Align revenue with Sales Ops and marketing attribution processes.
• Leverage AI to speed analysis, testing, and reporting.
