Job summary

Scale Army is seeking a senior growth marketer to lead paid acquisition across multiple product lines, primarily on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more. You will own the funnel from spend to pipeline, forecast CAC by channel, and determine where to invest next.

You’ll work with an in-house creative team, build and test offers and landing pages, and collaborate with Sales on lead quality. An AI-native approach will speed analysis and automate repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Deep Meta + LinkedIn Ads expertise.
• Experience owning growth outcomes beyond ads.
• Track record of scaling spend while improving CAC, meetings, SQLs.
• Strong HubSpot, attribution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and the full paid funnel from spend to pipeline.
• Decide offers, lead magnets, landing pages, and funnel tests.
• Allocate budgets and justify spend with data.
• Execute paid media campaigns across 2–3 product lines (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops on attribution.
