Job summary

Nedap, through its North America Growth Team, seeks a Senior Growth Manager to shape the commercial direction and establish a solid growth foundation. The role blends strategic business development with direct account development, starting with XL-farm opportunities in the US Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho).

It also drives SmartSight market development by building new customer relationships and validating demand.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commercial experience in business development or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop direct XL-farm opportunities in the US Northwest (WA, OR, ID) and map decision-makers.
• Build the SmartSight BD pipeline and manage partner relationships to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Collaborate with Applications Specialists, Technical Team, and Marketing to validate demand and align on value stories.
• Establish clear rules of engagement for opportunity ownership and handoffs; drive disciplined CRM usage.
• Travel across the United States to engage with farms and partners.
