Nekoosa is seeking a seasoned North American Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across the region. You will manage a combined 8-person outside/inside sales team, win high-fit accounts, and strengthen distributor and converter relationships.

You will partner with Marketing, Pricing and Product teams to optimize mix, pricing, and service levels, ensuring Nekoosa remains the easiest partner to do business with.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 5+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American sales number and forecast.
• Lead and coach a 8-person sales team (6 outside, 2 inside).
• Grow and protect the distributor and converter base.
• Win new high-fit accounts and strategic segments.
• Improve quote turnaround and service levels.
• Drive profitable mix via pricing and product management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing and CS.
