The role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 60% as needed to meet targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of B2B dairy sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage strategic accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined sales targets and drive growth in AHAN's U.S. Dairy by developing offerings for feed manufacturers and distributors.
• Understand the business models and B2B objectives of target companies.
• Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers at key targets.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with AHAN U.S. sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the U.S. Dairy field team to ensure execution with local/regional teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to tailor offerings.
• Overnight travel of 50-60% will be required.
