Job summary

Binance is seeking a Growth Marketing leader to own market strategy, annual planning, and budget prioritization across the United States. This role focuses on accelerating registrations, MAU, trading activity, and revenue through data-driven marketing leadership.

You will drive cross-functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams, mentoring the local marketing unit and representing the market in regional discussions in a remote-first, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience owning business KPIs.
• Leadership potential, native Russian, and strong English communication skills.
