Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in fintech, mobile or community-driven brands/web3.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Unlock user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social campaigns and affiliates.
• Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships and channel experiments.
• Lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and measurement.
• Build paid and organic experimentation across creatives, ASO and landing pages.
• Own retention strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Apply acquisition, performance and retargeting tactics to drive growth.
