Binance ищет руководителя по маркетингу роста для международной удаленной команды. Вы будете отвечать за стратегию рыночного маркетинга, формирование годового плана и достижение бизнес- KPI, включая регистрации, MAU и торговую активность.

Требуется 7+ лет опыта в Growth/Marketing, владение KPI и англ.

Formación

• 7+ лет в Growth, Product Marketing или Commercial Marketing.
• Сильная аналитика и коммерческое мышление.
• Опыт владения KPI бизнеса.
• Опыт ведения кросс-функциональных инициатив.
• Потенциал к росту до роли Market Lead.
• Носитель русского языка и уверенная англ. коммуникация.
• Опыт в crypto/fintech/tech будет преимуществом.

Responsabilidades

• Владение стратегией рыночного маркетинга и годовым планированием.
• Достижение KPI: регистрации, MAU, активность торговли и рост выручки.
• Ведение бюджета маркетинга и приоритизация расходов.
• Выявление наибольшего эффекта роста.
• Лидерство в кросс-функциональном планировании: Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid и регионы.
• Определение приоритетов рынка и GTM-стратегии.
• Менторство и координация локальной команды маркетинга.
• Представление рынка на региональных планах и бизнес-разговорах.

Задачи

• Own market marketing strategy and annual planning.
• Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity and revenue growth.
• Own marketing budget allocation and prioritization.
• Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
• Define market priorities and GTM direction.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.

Требования

• 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
