Binance is seeking a senior product/strategy leader to drive market insights, regional initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, development, and regulatory teams. You will shape product requirements from user feedback and data, support expansion efforts, and ensure alignment with the regional and global product roadmap.

The role emphasizes growth, performance monitoring, and close stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in product, operations, strategy, or a related function.
• Crypto/Web3 industry experience is required, trading product experience is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English as a working language.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Able to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and regulators.
