Job summary

Binance is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing lead to optimize user growth strategies across its global ecosystem from the United States. You will own full-funnel analysis, drive multi-channel acquisition, and establish metrics to measure CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion, coordinating with product, data, and regional teams.

The role emphasizes rapid testing (A/B), local market tailoring, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced fintech/web3 environment.

Qualifications

• Optimize user growth & marketing strategies based on Binance's global ecosystem.
• Lead full-funnel user journeys analysis from acquisition to retention.
• Drive multi-channel user acquisition including KOLs, paid ads, SEO, referrals, communities and social media.
• Set up and track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and viral coefficient.
• Run rapid A/B tests and iterate growth models to improve user quality.
• Tailor strategies for local markets with deep user insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring strategies to life.

Responsibilities

• 8+ yrs in user growth / performance / digital marketing.
• Global market experience (MENA, LATAM, SEA, Africa, etc.).
• Strong data mindset, familiar with growth tools & KPIs.
• Internet, Web3, or fintech background preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on.
