Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior growth marketing leader to optimize global user growth and drive activation, conversion, and retention across a multi-channel mix. You will own full-funnel analytics and leverage KOLs, paid ads, SEO, referrals, and communities to accelerate adoption, engagement, and lifetime value in a remote, international environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in growth marketing, a data-driven mindset, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with additional languages a plus.
