Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline across the customer journey in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

You will own demand generation campaigns from concept to analysis, write nurture emails, manage paid ads, and collaborate with product, growth, data, sales, and brand teams to scale programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record driving lead nurture, acquisition and conversion.
• Customer-obsessed with punchy, specific copy and creative campaigns.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation, journey building, A/B testing, and segmentation.
• Clear communicator able to influence stakeholders across teams; close collaboration with sales.
• Analytical mindset with data skills in Excel or SQL to measure impact.
• Strong PM skills and ability to balance multiple initiatives cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute demand gen campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting, audience targeting, content creation, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
• Write email nurture drips, run lead capture campaigns and manage paid advertising (LI, Meta, Reddit, Content Syndication, etc.).
• Partner with product, growth, and data teams to build personalized nurture streams that increase activation and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, growth, marketing ops, analytics, product marketing and brand marketing to execute campaigns.
• Analyze performance across touchpoints and shift resources to what’s working; test new ideas quickly and scale what moves the needle.
• Serve as the connective tissue across marketing, growth-engineering, and sales—align messaging and timing across the lifecycle.
