Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline across the customer journey. You will own campaigns across channels, craft nurture programs, and collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to scale growth.

You’ll optimize messaging and performance, build personalized experiences, and help the company expand to new channels and markets with an emphasis on revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven lead nurture, acquisition, and conversion success.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making in Excel/SQL.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own & execute demand generation campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting, audience targeting, content creation, sales enablement, and performance tracking.
• Write email nurture drips, run lead capture campaigns and manage paid advertising (LI, Meta, Reddit, Content Syndication, etc) to educate prospects around products and thematic topics.
• Partner with product, growth, and data teams to identify lead firmographic and behavioral triggers, map journeys, and build personalized nurture streams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, product marketing, content marketing and brand marketing.
• Analyze performance across touchpoints and identify areas to optimize. Shift resources to what’s working, test new ideas quickly, and scale what moves the needle.
• Serve as the connective tissue across marketing, growth-engineering, and sales - ensuring messaging, timing, and experience are aligned across the prospect lifecycle.
