Job summary

Binance in the United States is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing leader to guide market strategy and annual planning. You will drive key metrics such as registrations, activity, and revenue, and own the regional marketing budget, collaborating with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in Growth or Commercial Marketing, strong analytics, and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential with ability to grow into Market Lead role.
• Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.

• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.
