Job summary

DoorDash Drive is seeking a Senior Associate for the GTM Growth team to drive growth across new verticals in the United States. You will design playbooks, build models, and implement processes to win deals and increase wallet share while delivering superior merchant experiences.

You will work cross-functionally with business development, logistics, and operations to scale new business quickly, prioritizing needs by impact and using data-driven insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Data-driven, first-principles problem solving.
• Cross-functional collaboration with business development, account management, logistics, and operations.
• Prioritization of partner needs by impact, tradeoffs analysis, and designing scalable solutions.
• Ability to build models, playbooks, and tools to accelerate new business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute playbooks to measure and grow new Merchant volume.
• Develop expertise on product, operations, and Merchant needs to inform strategy.
• Analyze opportunities, size markets, and make recommendations to expand DoorDash Drive into new verticals.
