Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategize from first principles to best serve dashers, merchants, and consumers.
• Operate tracking dashboards and manage weekly metrics to drive quality operations.
• Analyze with Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments; leverage AI as needed.
• Transform strategies into operational experiments, product features, and new tooling.
• Build with AI to automate manual processes, prototype new ideas, and define product visions.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives through to completion.
