Linktree is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Growth team (Activation) in a hybrid setup across Los Angeles and San Francisco. You will own experiments spanning activation to retention, partner with product/design/data, and build systems and APIs that power growth features.

Qualifications

• Experience with growth, activation, or lifecycle teams preferred.
• Proven ability to run or contribute to product experiments and analyze results.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across TS/Node/React and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Build experiments to improve activation, engagement, and retention for users.
• Partner with product, design, and data to identify growth opportunities and drive roadmap.
• Work across onboarding, in-product promotions, and re-engagement campaigns.
