Job summary

PeopleConnect is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to build and scale OmniWatch’s growth engine across acquisition, conversion, activation, monetization, and retention. You will own the growth roadmap and work across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Analytics to drive profitable, sustainable growth.

This hands-on role requires turning data into action, owning CAC and LTV, and delivering executive-ready recommendations to accelerate the business.

Qualifications

• Experience operating across product and performance marketing with ownership of acquisition economics and funnel decisions.
• 8+ years across growth, product management, growth product, or performance marketing with substantial consumer growth experience.
• Proven success growing a high-volume consumer subscription business with accountability for acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own OmniWatch growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, monetization, and retention with economic accountability.
• Own growth roadmap and backlog, translating opportunities into requirements and working with Engineering through sprint execution.
• Lead an experimentation program across acquisition, landing experiences, checkout, pricing, offers, onboarding, and retention.
