Job summary

PeopleConnect is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to lead OmniWatch’s growth engine in San Diego. You will own the growth roadmap, drive acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention, and partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to scale a consumer subscription business.

You will connect strategy with execution, manage metrics like CAC and LTV, and present actionable insights to the executive team while building scalable growth capabilities across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating across product and performance marketing with ownership of acquisition economics.
• 8+ years in growth, product management, or performance marketing with consumer growth experience.
• Proven success growing high-volume consumer subscription businesses.
• Experience managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets with attention to CAC and payback.
• Direct product operating experience: owning priorities, requirements, and sprint execution.
• Strong analytics and experimentation judgment; translate results into actions.
• Hands-on builder mindset with cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own OmniWatch growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, monetization, and retention.
• Translate growth opportunities into requirements and work with Engineering through sprints.
• Own funnel performance and run a disciplined experimentation program.
• Recommend pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with Product and Finance.
• Present results and recommendations to executive leadership.
