Job summary

Proper Hospitality is seeking a Senior Director of Growth, CRM & Digital Experience to lead the integrated digital revenue engine across paid media, CRM, and web platforms. You will set strategy for the portfolio, direct the growth team, and drive revenue through optimized media, lifecycle campaigns, and site performance.

Qualifications

Senior-level growth/CRM leadership with revenue responsibility.
8–12 years in growth, CRM, or lifecycle leadership.
Experience across multi-site or multi-brand hospitality or luxury brands is a plus.
Strong data-driven decision making and measurement discipline.
Ability to lead a two-report team and own strategy end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Set strategy for online presence, media buying, and direct bookings.
Own CRM and lifecycle revenue across the portfolio.
Lead Web Platform & Experience to optimize conversions and bookings.
Develop a single, interpretable view of web, paid, and CRM performance.
Stay ahead of AI and data changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Manage external agencies and internal marketing tech stack.
