Superhuman is seeking a senior growth creative leader to own paid creative end-to-end, shaping performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will build a library of learnings and drive measurable impact by balancing creative quality with performance, while partnering with growth, data, and platform reps to optimize results.

You bring 10+ years of design in growth contexts, hands-on ads experience, and a track record of documenting learnings that compound.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience in Growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.
• Deep, hands-on paid ads experience on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Growth team background with test-learn-iterate mindset.
• Process- and problem-obsessed with focus on learning from results.
• Excited by new technology and scalable efficient systems.
• Strong documentation and synthesis of insights from data and user research.
• Platform partner fluency with Meta, Google, or TikTok.
• Not a fit if portfolio lacks growth performance context.
