Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a design leader with 10+ years in growth and paid advertising to own end‑to‑end paid creative. You will work across Meta, Google, and TikTok, building a learnings-driven library of creative insights and partnering with Growth and Data to drive measurable results.

You will define what good looks like for growth creative, raise the bar as the team scales, and collaborate with Growth, Data, Product, and Engineering to inform strategy and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience in growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition-focused creative roles.
• Deep, hands-on paid ads experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Growth team background with test‑learn‑iterate mindset.
• Ability to document learnings and synthesize insights.
• Experience partnering with reps at Meta, Google, or TikTok.
• Portfolio showing growth-focused design with measurable impact.
