Amazon Shipping is building a high-growth business to transform how the world thinks about logistics. We are expanding our SMB self-serve shipping services across the U.S. and seeking entrepreneurial Business Development leaders who can scale our customer base and revenue.

As a Sr. Business Developer on the Unmanaged/SMB team, you will own the growth engine for thousands of self-service shippers—designing benefits, enablement, and lifecycle programs that boost shipping volume and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of customer growth, lifecycle/retention marketing, account management at scale, or business development experience with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experience designing and running customer programs (benefits, loyalty, enablement, or retention) with data-driven measurement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own growth for the settled-base by segmenting shippers and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Design and launch tiered benefits programs to deepen loyalty and increase shipping volume.
• Scale enablement through webinars, content, and best-practice engine for thousands of merchants.
• Develop retention strategies with proactive/ reactive save motions and scalable ROI.
• Capture shipper feedback and translate signals into product/tech/ops improvements.
• Define growth OKRs and track program performance to maximize ROI.
