Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years in customer growth, lifecycle/retention marketing, account management at scale, or business development with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experience designing and running customer programs with data-driven measurement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own settled-base growth — segment the existing shipper base and identify expansion opportunities at scale.
• Design and launch a tiered benefits program to deepen loyalty year over year.
• Run enablement at scale with webinars, content, and best-practice engines.
• Own retention — build signals and proactive save motions with automation/AI at scalable ROI.
• Own the voice of the shipper (VOS) and translate signals into improvements for Product, Tech, and Ops.
• Define growth metrics and track OKRs to maximize ROI.
• Work backwards from shipper needs and deliver BD strategy that complements product.
• Think big: replace traditional account management with scalable programs for thousands of SMBs.
