- 10+ years of relevant business development and sales experience.
- Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience coaching or supporting sales team members.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales portfolio with strong customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business through leads, referrals, prospecting, and market opportunities.
- Understand customers' technical needs and recommend enzyme and microbial solutions.
- Prepare technical presentations and quotes; participate in trade shows and events.
- Collaborate across BIO-CAT departments to support customers and growth.
- Travel extensively to meet customers and drive opportunities.
