Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Growth Launch & Commercial Enablement professional on a contract basis. You will turn strategy into traction, build credibility with founders and legacy teams, and drive cross-sell, revenue, and integration motions across the portfolio.

You will partner with senior leadership to stand up activation plans, orchestrate cross-functional work, and ensure a smooth, scalable commercial enablement program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8–15+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, revenue operations, or complex go-to-market.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and front-line teams.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, analytics tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation efforts for acquired firms and strategic growth initiatives.
• Translate high-level objectives into clear, actionable plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure commercial readiness and integration.
• Own core analytics for activation performance, ramp curves, and value realization.
• Deliver concise updates to Growth and executive leadership.
